 Global Logistics Experts

 - New Members in USA, Sweden and Malta - 

 Within less than 12 months, GLExperts has succeeded in further expanding the membership. Effective 2010,
 following new members have joined GLExperts:

 USA:       ME Associates Inc., New York. The company is owned and managed by Manfred Engst, former Executive of
             Schenker Inc. USA and founder of ADI Consult Inc., USA. Further details: www.me-associates.com.
 
 Sweden:Kanseito Logistics Consulting B. Kanseitio is managed by long time logstics and consulting professionl.

 Malta:   Combined Maritime Services Ltd. The company consists of a team of experienced consultants as well
             as maritime lawyers – see www.combinedmaritime.com.

 GLExperts expects to further expand the membership in 2010/2011.

 GLExperts was established in April 2009. The GLExperts members focus on the following consulting services: 

  -          Executive Search and Recruitment
  -          Logistics Consulting and Project Management
  -          Mergers and Acquisitions

 The group has appointed a Secretary: Inorateam SA, Lugano/Switzerland. The secretary will take care of the
 administration on behalf of the members.

 The targets of GLExperts are explained by the Chairman, Hans J. Willam, Managing Owner of WCL Germany, as
 follows: “We have created a global platform. This will allow the members to cooperate and work together. In
 addition members will have the opportunity to service their clients on a truly global level in view of global
 projects. We decided not to form a separate company because our system allows each member to individually act
 on a global scale for their respective clients, thanks to the membership in GLExperts.“
