New Chairman GLExperts

Following the founder of GLExperts, Hans Willam, who has been the chairman for the last 2 years, Marcel Schenk of SCM Recruitment in The Netherlands has taken over the chairmanship from Hans Willam for the next 2 years untill May 2013.
